"Called ahead at 5pm, and was told "it's better to come in early. Arrived at 5:30... At 7:15, after seeing people who came in after we had ordered get their food, we asked where our food was. Manager(?) came over and asked what she coffee do. Wr said *bring us our food that we ordered over an hour ago. She tried to blame it on a new cook. Finally, the food arrived...fish had definitely been under a warming light. Tartar sauce was basically inedible, just like thr fish. I complained, and her reaction....take $8 off an $18 charge, when the only thing edible was the baked potato. Possibly the WORST food and service I've experienced in over 20 years. When I paid the tab(not tipping due to such poor service) they couldn't wait for me to leave. NEVER GO HERE!!!!"
